Identify business and system processes requiring improvement and develop continuous improvements for effective efficiency gains, and

Contract Development
> In depth experience with review and preparation of commercial contracts for various businesses with customers and suppliers including lease contracts.
Financial Statements and Controls
> Well versed in establishing charts of accounts and internal controls for the preparation of financial statements including consolidations.
> Solid experience in the planning, implementation, management and use of sophisticated accounting and planning systems.
Cash Management
> Able to define, establish and apply cash management models.
Investment Portfolio Reviews
> Experienced in reviews of investment portfolios to assess appropriateness, documentation, value of discounted cash flows and other due diligence.
Human Resource Planning
> Clear and specific understanding in the development and application of human resource policy and procedures.
> Identify need for employee benefit plans and evaluate implementation of various programs such as deffered compensation arrangements (401k Plans).
Risk Management
> Experience with implementation and management of credit insurance programs significantly reducing credit and collection costs.
> Manage various insurance programs for companies such as workers compensation, property and liability packages. Experience with Self Insured Offshore Captive Insurance Companies.
Non Profit Organizations
> Management of endowment funds for a charitable organization including selecting investment advisor and money managers for various endowments.
