Mr. Ramirez has 30 years of experience in the management of finance, administration and information technology. He has significant experience in manufacturing management systems, cash management, internal controls, foreign operations, human resources, and network plus systems applications.
Mr. Ramirez graduated from CSULB with a Bachelor of Science in Administration where he also studied finance, information systems and taxes in the Masters program. He started his career with Deloitte & Touche as an auditor where he became a C.P.A.
Since Deloitte he has served as a CFO or the executive financial person at several companies and served on boards of directors. Companies include Baker Hughes (Baker International), AVA International, and Performance Materials. He also has experience in mergers and acquisitions. He maintains excellent relationships with financial institutions and professional legal and accounting firms.
Mr. Ramirez has served on California State University Channel Island's Foundation Board. He is past Chairman of the Finance Committee and Board Treasurer. He helped to manage the Foundation's invested endowments.

Stephanie A. Ward - Managing Director
Ms. Ward has managed marketing functions for major consumer product retail and wholesale companies. The list of companies includes Viking Office Supplies (Office Depot), Gateway Computers, ProFlowers.com and BizBuyer.com. She also managed the marketing and promotion of accounting services for Arthur Anderson's Real Estate Accounting Group.
Her significant experience and responsibilities have covered establishing customer and vendor relationships and initiating and closing contracts, managing website advertising with major websites such as Microsoft and Yahoo. Areas of expertise extend to market assessment and development of strategy for delivery of products and services to customers and vendors. Recently she has consulted and identified significant contractual savings for a major Internet retailer. She contributes to BD 101 with marketing evaluations and development of strategy for its clients.
Stephanie graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Arts and later received a Masters in Business Administration degree with an emphasis in marketing and a Certificate in International Management. During her graduate work she was awarded a scholarship for her academic accomplishments. Ms. Ward has traveled extensively and is familiar with the Pacific Rim market place. She also contributed with non-profit work as an intern at the American Heart Association making presentations to large groups of 200 to 300 persons for the purposes of fund raising.

Christopher P. Ramirez - Managing Director
Mr. Ramirez has significant experience in Sale Operations and Management. He has managed oranizations in California and Texas. His management experience includes wolrwide sales and multiple chain enterprise management. That experience includes a chemical company, Rock Bottom and the Pappas establishments in the southwest and the Wolfgang Puck Cafe in California.
Areas of expertise include sales and marketing, product management with automated management systems that optimize costs and provide excellent customer service. The implementation of reporting systems for operation's results play a significant role in the management of investors' assets. Other significant experience and responsibilities include loss prevention programs, customer affinity programs with radio marketing, managing entertainment venues and special events.
Christopher currently consults for investors and companies to increase sales through new marketing programs and establish new locations including property leasing, management and employee recruitment plus training programs.
Mr. Ramirez provides the firm's evaluation of client's ongoing sales and product systems, customer acquisition programs, risk management systems and establishment of new facilities.
Christopher studied in the business program at the University of Texas. He has continued to extend his areas of expertise with education in information technology systems and specific business applications.
