Business Development 101, LLC (BD101), and its affiliates, are pleased to offer services to the US Department of Treasury and U.S. Financial Institutions in connection with the review and assessment of investment portfolios under the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act (EESA).
BD101 is a small and disadvantaged/minority business enterprise that is listed on the Central Contractor Registration - CCR. Accordingly, BD101 is eligible for contracting consideration under the provisions of the EESA. Further, the firm has seasoned professionals who will more than carry our part of the burden while providing exemplary leadership and management.
We offer our services to assist with the review and assessment of investment portfolios and other related services (see specific capabilities Appendix A) for Asset Management Services, Accounting, and Other Infrastructure Services for a Portfolio of Mortgage-Related Troubled Assets and Mortgage Whole Loans. The firm’s management includes experience from Deloitte & Touche and BDO Seidman for auditing financial institutions including securities broker dealers, banks and mortgage banks plus Fortune 100 experience in the areas of information technology.
BD101 has the ability to field a team of qualified staff members to perform duties in accordance with those listed in Appendix A. We are ready, willing, and able to field experts to assist the Treasury or Treasury’s “Appointed Asset Manager” in the execution of responsibilities under EESA. BD101 can be most useful in helping to meet infrastructure requirements relative to acquisition, management, and the orderly liquidation of mortgage loans.
Managing the Asset Manager’s operations presents opportunities and risks commensurate with EESA’s objectives.
